Returns and Exchange Policy

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order for international deliveries only, and within 3 days for UK orders.
• All returned wigs must be in resellable condition:
• No signs of wear, wash, tear, or damage.
• No makeup, perfume, or product residue.
• Lace must be intact and uncut.
• Original packaging must be included.
• If the item does not meet the above requirements, it will be sent back to the customer with an additional £10 charge.
• Hair purchased on a pre-order basis is non-refundable, as each order is customized specifically for the customer and cannot be resold.

• Exchanges are available for international orders within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to stock availability.

• For UK orders, items must be returned within 3 working days of delivery. If the item is not returned within this timeframe, it will be deemed non-refundable.

• All returns and exchanges must meet the conditions outlined above.

• All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable at all times.
• Hair purchased on a pre-order basis is non-refundable, as each order is customized specifically for the customer and cannot be resold.

•  All return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• If items are damaged in transit due to improper packaging, the customer may be held responsible for any additional costs.

• If you receive a faulty or incorrect order, please email us immediately with the subject line:
  “I have received a wrong order”
• Do not return the parcel until you have received confirmation and return instructions from our team.
